 1, compare with horizontal ring die pellet mill. Vertical ring die pellet mill has the advantage of feeding style. vertical ring die pellet mill is direct feeding into pelletizing room, but horizontal ring die pellet mill is not. what's more, fibre material is light, it's difficult to be generated centrifugal effect by rotating ring die plate of horizontal ring die pellet mill, but in vertical ring die pellet mill, the rotating roller can generate the centrifugal effect to material easily, which is helpful for pelletizing.

2, compare with flat die pellet mill, flat die pellet mill has direct feeding, but it doesn't have centrifugal effect, too.

Vertical ring die pellet mill (XGJ pellet mill) combines the advantage of both ring die and flat die pellet mill, which is the most idea pellet mill for rice husk, sawdust and other fibre materail till now. and you can press pure rice husk without adding any bond.

These lines can produce wood pellets from raw material-sawdust to finished pellets. Combined with crushing, drying, 

palletizing, cooling, and so on, it can be also added wood chipper, and last packing together according to the customers’ demand.

The output can be from 0.5t/h to 8t/h. but we can also make a new chart according to your details demand.
